There were a couple of nights that a few crew members had collapsed into
their tents before T&R and the crew leader had to browbeat them into
crawling back out for a few minutes. So, I'd suggest that having the crew
leader (or whole crew) decide/announce on the time of T&R in advance would
be the only enhancement I could suggest.

Oh my. Expected crew activities must be made known to all crew members ahead
of time. Had it be me in my tent in such a situation I would definitely
have a thorn.
