Just the opposite is equally as damaging to a crew or even more so. If you
have a father-son, lead advisor/crew leader and the father is busy
"campaigning" his son, that is a disaster in the making for the rest of the
crew..

I could go on and on for hours on this very happening, but with due respect
to this list, I won't.

Let's just say it needs to be avoided and if happening, stopped dead in it's
tracks.

On my first trip to Philmont, long, log ago the advisors were not fathers and
the crew members were not sons. Looking back at that, it was the best of
both worlds.
