All adults are called advisors. Generally one is selected (or is by
default) as the lead advisor as he might handle the administration, check in
and other duties. He also might be the most experienced one that has been
there or knows the ropes. It really does not me he or she does more, but
just like you need a crew leader, you need an adult leader.
