For our July 2003 trek, we offered three payment plans. The payments were
timed to have enough to make payments to Philmont as needed and purchase
train tickets when they became available.
All payment plans required a $50 deposit by March 1, 2002
In addition to the deposit, the following payments were required.
1 payment (chosen by 2 crew members) $800 due April 1, 2002
4 payment option: (chosen by 7 crew members)
$200 payments on 3/1/2002, 7/1/2002, 10/1/2002, 2/1/2002
Monthly payments: (chosen by 3 crew members)
$100 payments on April 1 and May 1, 2002
$60 payments due 6/1/2002 through 3/1/2003
If a person drops out the payments are returned after the replacement has
paid what is due to date.
