Our trek is for 2003 -- and we haven't made final payment yet. The schedule
we're on is very similar to the 2001 payment schedule we had. Looking at
yours, it appears Philmont may have moved things up by a few months. We are
going as a troop, not a Council Contingent.

I will double check my confirmation letter from Philmont tonight.
But, if my memory serves me correctly the payment dates for 2004
are as follows:
Deposit $50 - due January 31, 2003
Payment- $212.50 due April ?,2003
Payment- $212.50 due October ?, 2003
Total payment of $475 per member
If you have different dates are you going with a Council contingent?
