To All: One of my collegiate Eagles (a sophomore at Vermont) is very
interested in doing the "Philbreak" fire remediation efforts at
Philmont. But he was never in the O/A. What if anything can be done?
The deadline is imminent. Is O/A membership of any importance here, or
is the O/A just organizing this? Need some help, fast....
