Besides, IT can't be done. They can only be "givenback" to Philmont for
redistribution.
How do you think anyone on the waiting list gets slots, they don't just
manufacture more.
A little over a year ago, a troop tried to auction off a crew slot on eBay.
The reaction was much like shuttle debris offered for auction on eBay. It is
my understanding that they got a stern letter from National.
