These are things the crew should be doing under the gudance fo the crew
leader while the advisors, all of the advisors, just stand back and watch.

If you did your training right and you enabled your crew, then they are quite
surely capable.

This is the big difference between Boy Scouting with ages 11-13 and
Venturing, formerly called Exploring and Senior Scouting.

If you are spoon feeding 14-18 year olds like they were children, then don't
expect great things out of them.

Enable them adn let then do it. They will make mistakes, but so do you and
the biggest of these is not letting them run the show.

Sit back, relax and enjoy. If it takes a little longer all the better, you
need to stop and huff and puff anyway.
