T-shirts are a part of the crew building process and it is still February. You still have time and I think you will get ideas to surface. I've seen some pretty awesome designs out there. Some were based on color; purples or tie died. Others just had writing on them. Others were like a listing of venues for a rock group but listed instead the camps and elevations of the camps where the crew stayed "Philmont-The Southern Route Tour". Still others had sketch on the back. My favorite was the thinker except he was sitting on a pilot to bombadier latrine. Another one was like the Mastercard priceless add. Some humor here and scout units are typically pretty humorless!!!!

Go back to your crew and stir the pot a little. Give them some ideas and let them work on them. Our last crew's t-shirt had the Greatful Dead's dancing bears across the back with the words "Going to the country to eat a lot of peaches". They were the words to a song that the kids knew as well as the other kids that they met on the trail. It worked.
