ladies and gentlemen - as a recent convert to the digest version of the list, i am impressed more so that many of the responses to posting on the list include the entire message to which the reply is made. this is an optional feature of outlook express and probably outlook and other mail clients. i am wondering if list members think it is useful to have the originating email in the reply to that originating email. i don't think it is useful and feel it merely adds unnecessarily to the length of the emails in the digest and for those in real time the length of emails posted to the list. the reply generally has enough information for me to adequately identify the posting to which it relates. for those of like mind, may i suggest that they consider turning off this feature under tools > options > send, if they have not already done so. hope this is a useful post. jackson morris, contingent leader, trek 608G, gulf ridge council, florida
