Re: [Philmont]: Bear Bag Alternative

Somewhat related ... if you lose one or more of your Philmont-issue bear
bags, you will be charged a replacement fee. If you find one ;-) , you will
get a credit for it. We found one and it helped offset the cost of a lost
Polar Pure bottle that disappeared along the trail.

Unlike the snazzy ones John LeBlanc described, the Philmont-issue are a bland
grey-white. Nice for the Leave No Trace folks.
