We were stuck on the side of Phillips in a driving rain/sleet/hail/lightning
storm. Watched my Scouts stand there in shorts and regular clothes,
shivering. Wondered about what to do in 20, 40, 60 minutes if the storm did not stop.
They usually do, you know. Have REQUIRED rain pants since then. May not
ever wear them, but... You have to decide for your crew. I already have.
