I recommend the turkey bags, but put 2" of water inside the pot and
heat the water and meal. A little massage, yes. Thought I heard
pour hot water into one of these bags. May work, but worries me.
My method has its drawbacks. If you do not vent the bag properly
while sitting in your pot, it can burn with steam. You do not get
the same quality mixing as Jill mentions.
No reason you can not tailor either approach to one that works and
is safe for you.
