You can decline to take burros if you so choose. Many do decline.
However, as has been discussed on this forum many times, burros are a
unique experience, and your Crew should carefully consider that fact
before deciding yea or nay. Many Crews very much enjoy their burro
experience. I believe someone here summed it up nicely as if you treat
it like a pet, you'll have a good time, but if you treat it as a
hindrance, you won't.
