Folks, sorry I have not been following this discussion, but I've had good
success at Philmont just bringing the right number fuel bottles, not extra empty
ones, and using a coffee filter which I have the commissary guy put in his
funnel when he fills my bottles. The filters work great, weight basically
nothing, and take up no space, and you can toss the used one(s) right at the
commissary. They are also available at any grocery store.
