On 4 of out treks we have had 2 crews. We decided in the beginning that we
would not have an "older" and younger crew. Our troop relies on the older to
teach the younger. We also decided to do the same trek each time. We trained
together. Once at Philmont, we were separate for most things. No regrets
from the youth, young or old. Went as one troop, returned as one troop. Works
for us. Considered by you. Have fun!!!
