It may be more then what you are looking for but we used Blue Sky Adventures. They handled everything and ran a great program. We spent two days with them in Albuquerqu and went white water rafting, Bandeler indian cliff dwellings, Santa Fe, Sandia Peak cable car. Hotel, meals and transportation was great.It gave us all a chance to get used to the high altitude and helped the crew bond even more.Good luck.
