[Philmont]: Glacier National Park

I know this is a little off-topic, but I couldn't think of a better group to ask.

I have been asked to head up our council's High Adventure program. We have been allocated 1 Philmont crew for our council contingent in 2006 (hopefully we can increase that in subsequent years). So, I have been looking at other opportunities and Glacier National Park came to mind.

Does anyone have any experience putting together a Glacier Adventure? I would be very interested in your planning and logistics. We have access to Glacier via Chicago on Amtrak. Please respond off list.
