RE: [Philmont]: medical form question

Philmont wants an *original* of its own form. Jambo wants an *original* of
its own form. If the participant is doing both Jambo and Philmont this
summer, he'll need two separate forms. Jambo form was due Feb. 1, so did
you already have that done? My son has this same situation, doing both.
