RE: [Philmont]: medical form question

My physician questioned the need for the Immunization History for an adult.
I have only been going to him for a few years now so he doesn't have that
info. I know I need a tetanus shot but the rest don't make sense.

Docs don't charge extra to fill out a form - when in doubt do the paper work
requested. Everyone warns that the Phil exam is the only one Phil takes.
