[Philmont]: Tetrox Skit from the early 70's

OK, folks, sorry but I struck out with my two 70's era Rangers. Rice,
if you could post this request on the PSA List-Serve, or maybe in the
next issue of High Country, perhaps we can get it back alive. Can you
do that?
