  I must me a correction to one of the items below. Due to my
misunerstanding a the recent meeting, Danny has not been elected as our
Crew Leader. We'll have to vote at a future meeting or outing. Sorry
for the confusion.

Also, our crew size is now 9. We have another Scout (from Binghamton)
joining us.

At our last meeting (last evening) we chose the following dates/activities.
Please let me know if there are any foreseen conflicts.
It's important that we have maximum attendance, especially as we get closer to our July departure.

Some other facts about our Trip.
Departure date from BGM - Sunday, July 24 AM
Arrival @ Philmont - Tuesday, July 26 AM
Depart from Philmont - Sunday, August 7 AM
Return to BGM - Sunday, August 7

Mr. Lefferts is looking into our Pre Philmont travel (Sunday to Tuesday AM). More on this later.

Our final Philmont Pmt is due March 1, and our budget is in good shape. Thanks for being diligent with your monthly payments.

Danny Lefferts is our Crew Leader. The job of Chaplin's Aide is still open.

Keep up the exercising, especially the aerobics.

We should get our trek selections next month. I'll schedule a meeting to pick our top 3,5, whatever.

Here are the dates for hikes & overnites.

Saturday, March 19 - hike (Sunday, March 20 - alternate)
Saturday, April 16 - hike (Sunday, April 17 - alternate)
Friday, May 13 - overnite
Friday, June 3 - overnite w/ Troop
Friday, June 24 - overnite
Friday, July 8 or 15 - overnite
