One of the valuable things in working with the burros is boys can learn -
many for the first time - that animals require exceptional skill to handle
successfully.
The burros definitely have a mind of their own but will respond to kind and
fair treatment.
To learn more about handling skills "The Horse Whisperer" is highly
recommended.
