Once again I seem to be off normal. Welcome to my life!!! We have used
white gas stoves since the beginning with great results. Don't know all the stuff
about weight. Do know we can get fuel at any commissary. Yes, I know that
the fuel can be contaminated, just never have had that problem. Maybe we're
due? My personal stove is a Peak Feather 400. The only repairs I have made is
to replace the pump seal last year before Philmont. 10 years of great
service. I also carry a medium size fuel bottle. The boys have had no real problem
operating these stoves.
