RE: [Philmont]: Advisor packets

Does anyone know when in March the Advisor packets usually go out?

Can't answer for usually, but I got my 2005 packet March 19, 2005.
For some reason, I had understood that was a little late.

I'm pretty sure our 2003 packet came earlier, but I don't recall the date.
