[philmont] Vegetarians at Philmont

The "2006 Philmont Advisor's Guide" states on page 21, "Philmont asks that food substitutions be only for medical (including allergies) or religious reasons. If there is any question about food substitution, contact Philmont at (505-376-2281) or in writing." See also page 97 Appendix F, 2006 Philmont Trail Food Menu and Ingredients.

How do youth and adults who have chosen to be vegetarians (not for religious or allergy reasons) handle their food requirements while at Philmont?

What does the Council and Unit Planning Guide have to say about this?
