[philmont] Croc's shoes for Philmont.

I was going to take Crocs but found a lighter camp shoe, recommended by
some AT hikers who are always looking for ways to cut ounces. It is a
water shoe sold at Wal-Mart for about $8. They lace-up for a secure
fit and weigh next to nothing.
