[philmont] Croc's shoes for Philmont.

One reason to bring sturdy camp shoes is for a backup. If you have your
primary pair of shoes no longer serviceable and you don't have a backup,
your trip is over and you have just affected the rest of your crew's
schedule. My thoughts are you must have a backup of critical equipment for
trips like Philmont or BWCA.
