[philmont] Croc's shoes for Philmont.

I do not take a camp shoe on a one or two night backpacking trip. I
could do it for longer trips as I rarely put on my camp shoes even at
Philmont as my boots are very comfortable. With my current boots/socks
I never get blisters but if you were having blister problems, I would
think you would miss having a camp shoe to change into.

Anybody recommend no camp shoe at all. Our Ranger recommend our crew to
not take camp shoes to save weight and room. All of us followed this
recommendation and with a few exception did not miss them. The few
exceptions were not enough to probably change our decisions. Each
individual made their own decision. We as a crew had all brought camp
shoes to Philmont.
