I'd wait until sometime around February, early March. The menu from
2006 may change for 2007.

Not counting lunches - we did an internal swap between peanut butter and
cheese lunches for that, and asked at one commissary for a meal swap -
there were five dinners that included cheese in the ingredients listing.

Philmont was very responsive to all our needs regarding the meals -
providing menus, detailed lists of ingredients, procedures for
substitute meals, handling substitute meals (all we had to do was metion
that we had a substitute and the commissary staff went and got the
proper package) etc.
