[philmont] Vegetarians at Philmont

The 2006 Trail menus are on-line at Patriots' Path Council's "The Watchu
Experience" site - www.watchu.org, specifically
http://www.watchu.org/Docs/Philmont_2006_Trail_Menu.pdf - along with just
about anything else a crew needs to prepare for Philmont. While directed to
our contingent crews and specific to their preparation, much is general in
nature and can be used by everyone.
