[philmont] Vegetarians at Philmont

The 2007 Train Menu and ingredients list should be available about April. As soon as I get it, I will post it and make it available to the whole world. They are in the process of packing the trail meals right now. They have about 800,000+ to do. Some minor adjustments can be made at Services (not whole meals, but a few of the contents), but I stress "MINOR". You would not believe the allergies and menu restrictions we see in 25,000 campers. It is also amazing to me, how many scouters and scouts receive the Guidebook to Adventure, and how many conveniently "forget" to read the part about food substitutions on page 27.
