It will depend on how important photos are and the quality of those
photographs. Would a "stock" photo of Baldy work for a scrapbook, or does it
have to be one that you took? For me, I'll mix in stock with personal and be
very happy. The other decision to make is have one or two designated
photographers or have everyone bring cameras. I've seen Crews were ten or
twelve guys are all taking turns taking the exact same photo from the exact
same spot. Try to have a plan. Perhaps a photographer of the day would work
for some Crews. Plan on compiling everyone's photos to a CD. Even if you are
shooting film, have a CD made as well and share.

BTW, Photo Story, part of Windows XP, is very simple to use and anyone can
make a great montage in no time at all.
