[philmont] Great article

I don't know how many of ya'll know Doug Palmer. He is in charge of all of
the Backcountry camps at Philmont. His wife, Betty, is the librarian in
Cimarron, and has just been featured in a NY Times article (mostly about the
bookmobile). You can see it at:
