[philmont] Philmont Promotional Video?

There is also scholarship money available from Philmont. The money is
from an endowment fund set-up by Waite Phillips. The money is
distributed to the Councils, so you will need to contact your Council
about the availability of funds. It's not a lot, but it made the
difference for a scout from our Troop last summer. I think our Council
had about $1000 last year, which was divided between 3 scouts in the
Council contingent.
