I forgot to mention that after you click on "Pick a List", you need to select "Canoe". :-)
And of course, on "Set the options...", you need to select "Subscribe".
I hope that's not simplifying things to the point of the ridiculous, but the list shows Philmont, Seabase and others, but it doesn't specifically say "Northern Tier".
