[philmont] Treks Book Reports-Dry Camps

I agree. Upper Bench is a great site, no view but its open and during
our stay was mostly vacant. Also, popular opinion is to cook your
dinner meal at lunch time when headed to a dry camp. We made sure
everybody's 3 nalgenes were full and had pleny of water to cook
spaghetti that night. Saved us time on the trail, got first choice of
camp sites and we had a good meal that night.
