[philmont] Off topic?

I would like to see a website bulletinboard.

I've never been a big fan of email list servers but I participate in them
because there isn't another option. I would think a well done website
bulletinboard would be quite popular. Probably would rank right up there
with the PhilSearch site as far as Philmont information is concerned.
