[Philmont] Ranch Hands

Anyone have any experience with the Ranch Hands program? A young lady
from our Venturing Crew just got accepted, and (aside from what's in the
literature -- eight days working with the wranglers, eight day
cavalcade-type trek), we don't know anything about the program. Anything
you Pholks can tell her?
