[philmont] REI Sale this weekend

Its for the white water rafting trip that they are doing prior to arrival at
PSR. What I hear is that the snow pack in the headwaters region of the Rio
Grande and Arkansas is about as good as its been in a WHOLE lot of years.

Jim Moss, can you confirm or add details?

I hate to be the one to break the bad news but the PFD will not be of
much use at Philmont.
