[philmont] Please Stop

Well, I know a couple of the folks in Logistics, and I'm pretty sure they
didn't encourage it. It didn't come up in our discussions in 2006 because
of the Rivera Mesa fire, but I have spoken with one of the managers about
this subject on several occasions, and I know that he feels that it is
disrespectful to the site and the memories of the airmen who died there.

I would have to believe that this was from the younger members of the staff.

When were there last year 2007, in logistics they let us know about the
"tradition", and even encouraged it.
