[philmont] Trail Peak protocol

These would be the Scout leaders who encourage their boys to be rambunctious, either overtly or implied by either not taking any action when they mis-behave or pointing out that they are less than manly for not participating in rambunctious behavior. These are the guys who let their Scouts misbehave and pass it off as boys will be boys.

I fully agree and support all that has been said about this site and the respect it deserves.
An overriding question I have is, where is the adult leadership in all of this?
If thay don't stand-up for this, what do they stand for?
Also, it would be good if Philmont placed more emphasis on the respect due the site.
