[philmont] Ponil Cantina Show Venue

I promised Gordon that I would post a plea to expand the Ponil Cantina. The Cantina is very small for the number of crews attempting to root beer or to see the excellent evening program. The last three years I was in Ponil six times. Each time 12 or more crew were camping at Ponil and another 10 crews were camping in nearby unstaffed camps. The Cantina cannot handle the surge of 20 crews for the evening show diminishing the experience for everyone.

Either expand the Cantina or only allow crews with a Cantina Show on their itinerary into the show.
