I was thinking something along the same lines as John ... if it's
crowded, why don't some advisors give it a miss. The adventure is
supposed to be for the boys after all.

Another idea to the overcrowding at Ponil is advisors that go to Ponil
six times in three years might want to reduce that to only once per year
or even not go at all so as to let others who haven't been at all get a
crack at it.
Last time I was there, my wife and I had the entire cantina to
ourselves. Of course that was in October.
If you aren't part of the solution, then you must be part of the
problem.
