[philmont] Eclipse Ongoing

Its a brisk 19 degrees in STL with a windchill of about -2. But the skies are clear and the view is great.

  For those of you in the right area, and under clear skies, the total
  eclipse is ongoing right now. Here in the Washington, DC area, the
  clouds cleared away just in time. Totality here is at 10:26 pm. I hope
