[philmont] gutter nails, fyi

We bought ours two years ago from Yost Manufacturing or something similar
(no financial interest, just a satisfied customer). A box of 500 was less
(with shipping costs thrown in) than the gross of tent stakes we would need
to purchase for the Phil-tents. I'm not sure it was a gross but it was a
heck of a lot. Anyway the gutter nails were cheaper and we have enough left
over for several more trips in case any get lost.
