[philmont] Fund Raising Ideas

Our troop is trying to fund Seabase '08 and Double H '09 and I am exploring
fund raising ideas; especially ideas that also provide some educational or
other benefit to the scouts in addition to raising money. I'd appreciate
hearing any ideas you'd care to share.
