[philmont] Odd number of Scout in Crew

The crews I have taken out have typically been older youth, 16-17. We put 3
in a Timberline 4 and it worked fine. They were pretty big guys and
splitting up the Timberline 4 with ground cloth in 3 somewhat equal loads seemed to
work fine. I never had a father/son team up. The kids seemed to like their
own space, as we adults did. On two treks, we had three adults in a
Timberline 4.
