Has anyone out there put together a nice little schedule that would layout a
plan of action for doing some of the planning work for a Philmont
Expedition, such as:
1. Preconditioning Program
2. Teaching outdoors skills
3. Parent and scout informational meetings
4. Checking gear
5. Recruiting
6. Travel planning
7. Etc.
I hate to reinvent the wheel if I don't have to.
