MessageOne thing that impresses me with the camera/photo discussion is that
there is a distinction between
(a) the photographic 'expert' who really cares about the fine artistic
details of the pictures, and
(b) the person who just wants shots to remember the trek.
I think those in category (b) are probably the majority and the simple
disposable cameras are going to work fine, as well as any ordinary home
camera. Unless you fall into the photo connoisseur category, don't go buy a
new special camera just for Philmont.
